Mum’s testimonial

I took my 13 year old daughter to see Heidi after her friend from school passed away. It was a challenging period for her group of friends as it was sudden and unexpected. She had difficulty regulating her emotions causing embarrassment and shame which impacted on other areas too.


Working with Heidi helped her to reconnect with her creative side, process her grief, share her emotions and come to terms with her loss.


She is now able to sleep without regular nightmares and concentrate on her schoolwork.Thank you so much, we are all very grateful.
